About CMAScope
CMAScope exists because the data behind a great market analysis has been public for years — and almost nobody can use it. Realtor.com publishes MLS-derived listing statistics for every U.S. ZIP code. Zillow publishes home values by bedroom count and rents. The Census Bureau publishes the income, population and housing profile of every county in America. It's all free, and it's all trapped in giant CSV files that no working agent has time to open.
We turn that raw public data into working tools: charts and maps anyone can build in seconds, market profiles for every state, metro, county and ZIP, side-by-side comparisons, a rental deal analyzer, client-ready branded reports, and automated alerts when your markets move. The same numbers power a REST API for teams that want them programmatically.

How we're different
- Named sources, always. Every chart carries its attribution; the data-sources page lists exactly where each number comes from and how often it updates. No black boxes.
- Recomputed, not repeated. We recompute every year-over-year figure from source history and reconcile it against the published number before it ships.
- Honest limits. Listing prices are asking prices. ZIP data is noisier than county data. Our estimator is a market statistic, not an appraisal. We say so, in the product.
- Fair Housing by design. Demographics appear as market context only, never racial composition, always with the reminder that steering is illegal.
